Hello everyone! Today in class: 6-1: We read a short folktale text on page 6, and answered questions about it at the bottom of the page. Then you took turns reading a longer folktale on page 7 and 8 called, "How Zebras Got Their Stripes". We answered questions about the text on page 9 of the workbook. You received a vocabulary worksheet to do as homework. 6-3, 6-4: We finished discussing and defining the vocabulary words for chapter 1 on page 3. Then you completed page 4 by matching the words to synonyms, and we checked as a class. After that, you completed sentences by placing the correct words in the missing spaces on page 5. Homework: 6-1: Please complete the vocabulary worksheet and bring it back next week to class on Monday. The worksheet is also on Google Classroom, so if you lose it you can print it again. 6-3: None 6-4: None Have a great afternoon!
