Hello everyone! Today in class: We reviewed what a folktale is, and the characteristics of common folktales. Then we read a short text on page 6 of the workbook, and answered questions about it on the page. After that, we read a longer folktale called, "How Zebras Got Their Stripes" on page 7 and 8. We then completed questions about the story on page 9 of the workbook. Homework: Please complete the Chapter 1 vocabulary worksheet you got in class today and bring it back to class next week. The worksheet is available on Google Classroom. I have also attached it to this post. Have a great weekend!
